摘　　要：八卦掌,作为中国传统武术的重要内家拳种,不仅承载着深厚的历史文化,更是中华民族智慧的结晶。它的起源可以追溯到近两百年前,由著名武术家董海川所创立。八卦掌因其独特的运动方式与哲学思想,逐渐发展成为一种以掌法变换和行步走转为主的拳术,深受武术爱好者的喜爱。Baguazhang,or"Eight Trigram Palm,"is a prominent internal martial art in traditional Chinese martial arts,embodying the wisdom of the Chinese nation and carrying profound historical and cultural significance.Its origins can be traced back nearly 200 years ago to the renowned martial artist Dong Haichuan,who founded it.In 2008,Baguazhang was inscribed on the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
