摘　　要：“新春第一会”,不仅具有“风向标”意义,更是场释放发展新信号的动员大会,它是社会各界了解一座城市发展新动向的窗口,因此备受关注。2月6日,中共烟台市委、市政府召开全市高质量发展:示范城市建设推进大会。作为烟台“新春第一-会”,这次会议,既有政策解读,还有大会发言,更有工作部署,议程紧凑、内容丰富。会议采用视频形式,市直部门单位、区市、乡镇街道设分会场。无论是会议内容还是会议形式,都可见其重要性。The first conference in the spring attracts much attention in that it is not only a weather vane but also a mobilization conference that releases new signals for development and a window for all walks of life to understand the new direction of the development of the city.
