摘　　要：灶火燃起,家乡味与家乡话化作一家人最柔软的情愫一阵香气弥漫,追回童年记忆的味觉密码,妈妈亲手包的鲅鱼“箍扎”出锅啦。“箍扎”是烟台方言,饺子的意思。过年吃饺子是我国特有的民俗,从节气中就可以看出国人对狡子的喜爱:冬至要吃饺子,过年要吃饺子,头伏要吃饺子,出门要吃饺子……When the kitchen fire is lighted,the hometown flavor and the local dialect become the tenderest sentiment for the family.A gust of aroma wafts and retrieves the gustatory code in my childhood memory.The Spanish mackerel Guzha cooked by my mother are taken out of the pot.
