摘  要:为了实现科研创新和教学实践相融合,设计了一个涵盖分子设计合成、结构表征、光物理化学性质测试等内容的综合实验。合成了对位和间位连接的具有聚集诱导发光特性的四苯乙烯-咪唑异构体,并进行结构表征;利用紫外分光光度计、荧光分光光度计、X射线衍射仪以及电化学工作站研究异构体的光电性质,并深入分析性质差异的本质原因。结果表明,由于对位和间位取代导致分子间聚集方式不同,同分异构体在吸收、荧光、聚集诱导发光、压制变色、循环伏安等性质上均表现出显著差异。该对异构体作为模型化合物,直观地展示了结构的微小改变对性质产生的重大影响,有助于理解“结构决定性质”化学核心思想。To integrate scientific research innovation with teaching practice,a comprehensive experiment is designed which includes molecular design and synthesis,structural characterization,and the testing of photophysical and photochemical properties.Tetraphenylethylene-imidazole isomers with para and meta linkages,exhibite aggregation-induced emission characteristics,and these characteristics are synthesized and structurally characterized.The photoelectric properties of these isomers are investigated using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectrophotometry,X-ray diffraction,and electrochemical workstations,and the intrinsic reasons for the differences in properties are deeply analyzed.The results indicate that due to the different intermolecular aggregation patterns caused by para and meta substitution,the isomers show significant differences in absorption,fluorescence,aggregation-induced emission,piezochromism,and cyclic voltammetry properties.These isomers,as model compounds,intuitively demonstrate the substantial impact of minor structural changes on properties,which aids in understanding the core chemical principle that structure determines properties.
