摘  要:为了在实验教学中培养学生的实践能力和系统思维,设计并开发了一个悬挂输送式香蕉产后处理一体化实验平台,模拟香蕉产后处理的核心工艺流程。采用模块化设计,集成供料、清洗、风干、杀菌、下料和称重等单元,实现了工序的全自动化操作。在供料单元通过传送带和机械手将香蕉托盘推送至吊篮,吊篮通过悬挂输送机依次经过各单元处理后返回供料单元,完成循环。在清洗单元结合淹没射流与喷淋射流以提高清洗效率,杀菌单元采用弧形对称喷嘴布局以增强杀菌效果。该一体化实验平台配备控制系统和触摸屏界面,支持实时监控,可提供直观的操作体验,使学生能够理解香蕉的产后处理工艺,强化实践能力与工程问题解决能力。To enhance students’practical skills and systematic thinking in experimental teaching,an integrated experimental platform with hanging conveying was designed and developed to simulate the core processes of banana post-harvest handling.This modular platform integrates feeding,cleaning,air drying,sterilization,unloading,and weighing units for fully automated operations.Banana trays are transferred to baskets by conveyor and manipulator,which then pass through the processing units via the suspension conveyor before returning to the feeding system.The cleaning unit combines submerged and spray jets to improve cleaning efficiency,while the sterilization unit employs arc-shaped symmetrical nozzles to enhance sterilization efficacy.Equipped with a control system and a touch screen interface,the platform supports real-time monitoring and control,offers an intuitive operational experience.By application of the platform,students can gain insights into banana post-harvest handling processes and enhance their practical skills and ability to solve engineering problems.
