摘  要:为实现机械设计课程中带传动特性实验的远程操控,并获取真实实验数据,设计了基于物联网、远程控制和实境实验等技术的远程带传动特性实境实验平台。平台采用PID控制的手动-电动一体电位器方案,应用Matlab的GUI图形用户界面整定了参数。实验结果表明:该设计解决了当前具有机械旋钮电位器的实验仪器本地远程两用和网络智能化的技术难点;同时平台实现了学生自主远程实验并完成真实数据获取和处理,提升了实验台利用率为原来2倍以上。该实验平台达到课程培养目标要求,取得了良好的教学效果。To facilitate remote control and acquisition of real experimental data for belt drive characteristics experiment in mechanical design course,a“Remote Real-World Belt Drive Characteristics Experiment Platform”was developed by using technologies such as the Internet of Things,remote control,and real-world experimentation.The platform adopts a manual-electric integrated potentiometer solution with PID control and utilizes a Matlab GUI interactive software for parameter tuning.This approach addresses the technical challenges of dual-mode operation(local and remote)and network intelligence in experimental instruments equipped with mechanical knob potentiometers.With this teaching platform,students can independently conduct remote experiments,acquire authentic data,and perform data processing,which increases the utilization rate of the experimental station to more than twice its original level.This experimental platform meets the course training objectives and achieves excellent teaching outcomes.
