面向能源电力数智化人才培养的“人工智能”课程教学设计与实践

摘  要:人工智能技术与能源电力的深度融合,是应对“双碳”目标下新型电力系统面临的各种挑战的必由之路。文章面向能源电力数智化人才培养,针对“人工智能”课程教学中存在的3大挑战——融入人工智能技术发展前沿、凸显能源电力应用特色、支撑具备创新实践能力的高水平应用型人才培养,提出了一套系统的教学改革方案。该方案以校企联合高水平实验平台为基础,在“人工智能”课程教学中组建了具备学科交叉融合、产教融合、科教融汇“三融合”特色的教学团队,建设了涵盖线上慕课资源、科研项目资源、通用平台行业应用资源“三维度”立体教学资源库,设计并实施了线上理论学习、前沿应用讲座、基础实验训练、行业特色分组综合实践“四阶段”递进教学模式。该教学设计紧密对接人工智能技术发展前沿,实现了高水平实验平台的本地化,凸显了行业应用特色,在复合型、创新型、应用型人工智能人才培养方面成效显著。目前,该模式已推广至上海电力大学人工智能专业群、微专业、全校以及其他能源电力类高校,具有一定的应用推广价值。The deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and energy and electricity is the only way to address the various challenges faced by the new power system under the“dual carbon”goal.The article focuses on the cultivation of intelligent talents in energy and power,and proposes a systematic teaching reform plan to address the three major challenges in the teaching of“artificial intelligence”courses:integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology,highlighting the characteristics of energy and power applications,and supporting the cultivation of high-level applied talents with innovative practical abilities.This program is based on a high-level experimental platform jointly developed by schools and enterprises.In the teaching of the“artificial intelligence”course,a teaching team with the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration,industry education integration,and science education integration has been formed.A three-dimensional teaching resource library covering online MOOC resources,scientific research project resources,and general platform industry application resources has been constructed.A progressive teaching model of“four stages”has been designed and implemented,including online theoretical learning,cutting-edge application lectures,basic experimental training,and industry characteristic group comprehensive practice.This teaching design closely connects with the forefront of artificial intelligence technology development,realizes the localization of high-level experimental platforms,highlights industry application characteristics,and has achieved significant results in the cultivation of compound,innovative,and application-oriented artificial intelligence talents.At present,this model has been promoted to the artificial intelligence major group,micro majors,the whole university,and other energy and power related universities of Shanghai University of Electric Power,and has certain application and promotion value.
