摘 要:激光焊接设备在制造业中发挥着至关重要的作用,其智能化升级对提高焊接质量和生产效率具有显著意义。通过引入机器视觉系统实现焊缝的实时跟踪与质量监控,采用深度学习算法构建焊接参数优化模型,并集成工业物联网技术实现设备远程监控和数据分析。智能化升级后的激光焊接设备定位精度可达0.02mm,特征识别准确率达到97.5%,系统运行效率提升了15%。该系统能够自适应调整焊接工艺参数,实现焊接过程中的智能决策与质量控制,为激光焊接设备向智能制造方向的发展提供了强有力的技术支持。Laser welding equipment plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry,and its intelligent upgrade has significant implications for improving welding quality and production efficiency.By introducing a machine vision system to achieve real-time tracking and quality monitoring of welds,a deep learning algorithm is used to construct a welding parameter optimization model,and industrial Internet of Things technology is integrated to achieve remote monitoring and data analysis of equipment.After the intelligent upgrade,the positioning accuracy of the laser welding equipment can reach 0.02 mm,the feature recognition accuracy can reach 97.5%,and the system operation efficiency has been improved by 15%.This system can adaptively adjust welding process parameters,achieve intelligent decision-making and quality control during the welding process,and provide strong technical support for the development of laser welding equipment towards intelligent manufacturing.
