摘 要:作为医院业务系统的关键组成部分,自助服务系统在医疗卫生服务的现代化和信息化进程中发挥着重要作用,不仅显著提升了医院的服务质量和工作效率,还有效提高了患者满意度。其中,自助系统需要整合多种硬件设备,既要通过桌面应用程序调用设备底层驱动,又要充分利用B/S架构易于部署和界面友好的优势来增强用户的操作体验。文章深入分析了C/S和B/S架构的特点,结合医院自助系统的实际应用场景提出了一种融合C/S与B/S架构的应用系统建设方案,旨在充分发挥2种架构的优势,从而实现优异的系统性能和良好的用户体验。As a key component of hospital business systems,self-service systems play an important role in the modernization and informatization process of medical and health services.They not only significantly improve the service quality and work efficiency of hospitals,but also effectively enhance patient satisfaction.Among them,the self-service system needs to integrate multiple hardware devices,which not only call the underlying drivers of the devices through desktop applications,but also fully utilize the advantages of B/S architecture,such as easy deployment and user-friendly interface,to enhance the user̓s operating experience.The article deeply analyzes the characteristics of C/S and B/S architectures,and proposes an application system construction scheme that integrates C/S and B/S architectures based on the actual application scenarios of hospital self-service systems.The aim is to fully leverage the advantages of both architectures,thereby achieving excellent system performance and good user experience.
