摘　　要：国民经济动员潜力建设是动员准备的首要任务,大数据技术为潜力数据采集提供了新模式,推动了动员工作向信息化、智能化转型。文章梳理了潜力数据建设现状,分析了管理中的问题,提出了基于大数据的智慧动员潜力数据采集系统建设构想及配套措施。The construction of national economic mobilization potential is the primary task of mobilization preparation,and big data technology provides a new model for potential data collection,promoting the transformation of mobilization work towards informatization and intelligence.This article summarizes the current situation of potential data construction,analyzes the problems in management,and proposes a concept and supporting measures for the construction of a smart mobilization potential data collection system based on big data.
