摘　　要：在智慧输血管理系统中,通过构建和应用优先用血模块,文章对优先用血申请登记、审核、临床用血申请及用血量核销等环节进行了全信息化改造,实现了优先用血申请及办理流程的简化和输血管理工作效率的提升,显著提高了医患满意度。实施改造后,患者及家属办理优先用血的积极性大幅提高,无偿献血意愿增强,优先用血登记人数从2022年的859人次增至2023年的3027人次,增长252.39%;登记总量从2363.5 U增至6719.5 U,增长184.30%;输血科工作人员、临床医护人员及患者家属的满意度显著提升。该模块为优化优先用血流程提供了全新解决方案,对提升医院整体医疗服务质量具有重要意义。In the intelligent blood transfusion management system,by constructing and applying the priority blood information management module,the article has carried out a full information transformation of the priority blood application registration,review,clinical blood application,and blood volume verification processes,achieving simplification of the priority blood application and processing process and improvement of the efficiency of blood transfusion management work,significantly improving the satisfaction of doctors and patients.After the implementation of the renovation,the enthusiasm of patients and their families to apply for priority blood use has significantly increased,and their willingness to donate blood without compensation has increased.The number of registered priority blood use cases has increased from 859 in 2022 to 3027 in 2023,an increase of 252.39%.The total registered amount increased from 2363.5 U to 6719.5 U,an increase of 184.30%.The satisfaction of transfusion department staff,clinical medical staff,and patient families has significantly increased.This module provides a new solution for optimizing the priority blood use process,which is of great significance for improving the overall quality of medical services in hospitals.
