摘　　要：随着数字政府建设的深入推进,政府部门信息系统面临日益严峻的网络安全威胁。传统网络安全防御手段已难以应对复杂多变的网络攻击,人工智能技术的快速发展为构建智能化、主动化的网络安全防御体系提供了新的思路。文章针对数字政府建设中的网络安全保障需求,探讨了基于人工智能的网络安全防御系统的研究与应用,重点分析了其在政府管理和社会治理方向的应用场景,提出了相应的建设思路和建议。With the deepening of digital government construction,government information systems are facing increasingly severe network security threats.Traditional network security defense methods are no longer able to cope with complex and ever-changing network attacks.The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology provides new ideas for building intelligent and proactive network security defense systems.This article focuses on the network security protection needs in the construction of digital government,explores the research and application of artificial intelligence based network security defense system,analyzes its application scenarios in government management and social governance,and proposes corresponding construction ideas and suggestions.
