电力无人机搭载局放传感器在输电线路绝缘缺陷检测中的应用研究

摘  要:对于输电线路中大量使用的高压绝缘子,难以对其运行状况进行可靠而有效的在线监测,为此研究了电力无人机搭载局部放电(局放)传感器在输电线路绝缘缺陷检测中的应用。利用电力无人机搭载局放传感器飞行于输电线路附近,以实时获取输电线路的绝缘状态信号;对采集到的绝缘状态信号进行去噪处理,以提高信号质量;基于处理后的信号,通过特定算法实现绝缘缺陷的精准定位。实验结果显示了电压与局放信号脉冲波形的关系,特别是在电压上升时局放信号的显著出现与增强,准确测定了电缆主绝缘气隙的局放起始电压,验证了检测方法的高灵敏度和准确性,与理论预测一致,为电缆缺陷检测的全面性研究提供了有力支持。For high-voltage insulators widely used in transmission lines,it is difficult to carry out reliable and effective online monitoring of their operating conditions.Therefore,the application of partial discharge(local discharge)sensors mounted on electric UAV in transmission line insulation defect detection is studied.The electric UAV equipped with local discharge sensor is used to fly near the transmission line to obtain the insulation status signal of the transmission line in real time.The acquired insulation state signal is denoised to improve the signal quality.Based on the processed signal,the insulation defect is accurately located by a specific algorithm.The experimental results show the relationship between the voltage and the pulse waveform of the local discharge signal,especially the significant appearance and enhancement of the local discharge signal when the voltage rises.The initial voltage of the local discharge of the main insulation air gap of the cable is accurately measured,and the high sensitivity and accuracy of the detection method is verified,which is consistent with the theoretical prediction,and provides strong support for the comprehensive study of cable defect detection.
