摘 要:鉴于本地应用日志数据来源广泛且数据量大,而本地计算资源受限,导致数据分析效率低下、应用效果不佳,文章研究了Java编程语言在云端大数据开发中的应用。利用Hadoop处理云端用户行为数据,设计了MapReduce任务以识别目标对象,并采用SD树对数据库进行索引。实验结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组在相同事务处理量下的日志量减少了60%,显著减少了不必要日志记录。这得益于Java技术的应用,通过代码优化与迁移至云端来提高了数据分析效率,减少了重复性日志分析开销,实现了海量日志数据的合理应用。这不仅降低了磁盘I/O交互频率,还增强了数据分析的有效性。Given the wide range and large amount of local application log data sources,as well as limited local computing resources,resulting in low data analysis efficiency and poor application effectiveness,this article studies the application of Java programming language in cloud big data development.We utilized Hadoop to process cloud based user behavior data,designed MapReduce tasks to identify target objects,and used SD trees to index the database.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group reduced the log volume by 60%under the same transaction processing volume,significantly reducing unnecessary log recording.This is thanks to the application of Java technology,which improves data analysis efficiency through code optimization and migration to the cloud,reduces the overhead of repetitive log analysis,and realizes the reasonable application of massive log data.This not only reduces the frequency of disk I/O interactions,but also enhances the effectiveness of data analysis.
