摘 要:文章旨在通过专利分析,揭示陕西省生物医药产业的发展现状与趋势,并运用SWOT分析法提出针对性的发展策略,以促进该产业的创新与发展。研究以IncoPat专利数据库为数据来源,采用技术领域关键词结合生物医药领域IPC分类号的检索策略,对1960—2023年的生物医药数据进行专利检索,分别从数据量、申请主体、优势技术方向对陕西省生物医药专利现状分析,运用SWOT分析法列举出陕西省生物医药优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出依托秦创原平台实现校地校企合作、强化资源共享与合作研发、举办产业对接交流会、布局研发聚集基地等策略,以提升陕西省生物医药产业的竞争力。This paper aims to reveal the current situation and development trend of the biomedicine industry in Shaanxi Province through patent analysis,and puts forword targeted development strategies by using the SWOT analysis method,so as to promote the innovation and development of this industry.Taking the IncoPat patent database as the data source,a search strategy combining technical field keywords and IPC classification numbers in the biomedicine field was adopted to conduct patent searches on biomedicine data from 1960 to 2023.The current situation of biomedicine patents in Shaanxi Province was analyzed from aspects such as data volume,application subjects,dominant technical directions.The SWOT analysis method was used to list the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the biomedicine industry in Shaanxi Province,and strategies such as relying on the Qinchuangyuan platform to achieve cooperation between universities and localities and enterprises,strengthening resource sharing and cooperative research and development,holding industrial connection and exchange meetings,and laying out research and development aggregation bases were proposed to enhance the competitiveness of the biomedicine industry in Shaanxi Province.
