新质生产力发展缩小城乡收入差距的效应研究

摘　　要：研究基于2012—2023年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用Topsis(Technigue for order of profevence by Similanty to ideal Solution)法测度新质生产力水平,并构建双向固定效应模型和中介模型分析新质生产力发展对城乡收入分配差距的影响机制。结果显示,新质生产力发展对城乡收入差距存在非线性调节效应,在发展初期因技术扩散不均衡会暂时扩大差距,但随着区域协调与技术均衡发展最终显著缩小城乡收入差距,呈现倒“U”型特征,并且该结果已通过多种稳健性检验。东部地区新质生产力发展对城乡收入差距的影响相较中西部地区更为显著,东部地区通过先行示范带动中西部新质生产力发展,能够降低因资源基础匮乏所造成的城乡收入差距扩大。此外,新质生产力能够通过提高劳动力水平、经济发展水平的方式缩小城乡收入分配差距。研究结论强调了各地需正视当下快速发展的新质生产力水平对城乡收入差距的影响,进一步为实现全体人民共同富裕提供了一定的政策参考。The research is based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)across the country from 2012 to 2023.The Topsis method is adopted to measure the level of new quality productive forces,and a two-way fixed effect model and a mediation model are constructed to analyze the impact mechanism of new quality productive forces development on the income gap between urban and rural areas.The results show that the development of new quality productive forces has a nonlinear moderating effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas.In the early stage of development,due to the imbalance of technology diffusion,the gap will temporarily widen.However,with the coordinated development of regions and technology,it will eventually significantly narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,presenting an inverted"U"shape.This result has passed multiple robustness tests.The impact of new quality productive forces development on the income gap between urban and rural areas in the eastern region is more significant than that in the central and western regions.Leading by example in the eastern region and promoting the development of new quality productive forces in the central and western regions can reduce the widening of the income gap between urban and rural areas caused by the lack of resource foundation.In addition,new quality productive forces can narrow the income distribution gap between urban and rural areas by improving the level of labor and economic development.The research conclusion emphasizes that all regions need to face up to the impact of the rapidly developing new quality productive forces level on the income gap between urban and rural areas,and further provides certain policy references for achieving common prosperity for all people.
