摘　　要：筑牢国家西部生态安全屏障是西部地区的重大使命和政治责任。立足于张掖实际,在习近平生态文明思想的指导下,把生态学理论作为切入点,通过田野调查和文献分析等方法,总结张掖市在国家西部生态安全屏障中的使命价值,分析张掖市生态文明建设的成效及不足,梳理出张掖市存在生态系统整体比较脆弱、生态产品价值实现机制不够健全、产业转型面临许多困难、水资源节约集约利用水平不高、生态环境治理体系和治理能力等方面问题。要进一步筑牢国家西部生态安全屏障,张掖市应树牢绿色发展理念,加大生态保护修复力度,完善生态补偿机制,加快推进绿色生态产业发展,不断强化水资源管理,健全生态环境治理机制。It is a major mission and political responsibility of the western region to build a strong ecological security barrier.It is found that the overall ecosystem of Zhangye City is relatively fragile,the value realization mechanism of ecological products is not perfect,the industrial transformation faces many difficulties,the level of conservation and intensive use of water resources is not high,and there are still gaps in the ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.To further strengthen the ecological security barrier in the western part of the country,Zhangye City should firmly adhere to the concept of green development,increase ecological protection and restoration efforts,improve the ecological compensation mechanism,accelerate the development of green ecological industry,constantly strengthen water resources management,and improve the ecological environment governance mechanism.
