基于重心法的应急物流配送中心选址问题研究

摘　　要：近年来,各类自然灾害频发,造成巨大人员伤亡和财产损失,严重影响经济社会稳定发展。面对应急事件的突发,应急物流配送中心建设越来越重要。突发事件具有模糊性、偶发性、异常性等特点,使得应急物流配送中心的选址问题具有很大的复杂性。作者在总结前人研究的基础上,创新性地从最小费用最大覆盖原则出发,结合改进的重心法对突发事件应急物流配送中心进行选址研究,通过结合突发区域的实际情况对模型求解,不仅克服了传统方法在处理复杂情况时的不足,还为应急物流配送中心选址提供了更具针对性和实用性的参考依据。In recent years,various natural disasters have occurred frequently,causing huge casualties and property losses,which has a serious impact on the stable economic and social development.In the face of emergencies,the construction of emergency logistics and distribution centers is becoming more and more important.Due to the characteristics of ambiguity,occasionality,abnormality and other characteristics of emergencies,the site selection problem of the emergency logistics distribution center is very complex.On the basis of summarizing the research of predecessors,the author analyzes the characteristics of the emergency logistics distribution center,starting from the principle of minimum cost and maximum coverage,the site selection research of the emergency logistics distribution center in combination with the center of gravity method,and solves the model in combination with the actual situation of the emergency area,so as to provide emergency logistics.The location of the distribution center provides some reference.
