外露型抗流挂聚氨酯防水涂料的性能研究与应用

摘  要:本研究以低聚物多元醇、脂肪族异氰酸酯、抗流挂剂、环保增塑剂和耐候助剂为主要原料,成功合成了一种外露型抗流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,通过实验考察了聚醚多元醇中三元聚醚的占比、抗流挂剂种类及添加量、耐候助剂种类及添加量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚多元醇中三元聚醚占比在10%,采用0.8%的气相二氧化硅和1%的有机膨润土混合使用作为抗流挂剂,钛白粉、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂添加量分别为8%、1.1%和0.5%组成耐候助剂时,制得的外露型抗流挂聚氨酯防水涂料综合性能最优。工程应用效果也证明该涂料防水性能优异,耐候性好。An exposed anti-sag polyurethane waterproofing coating based on oligomeric polyols,aliphatic isocyanates,anti-sag agents,environmentally friendly plasticizers,and weather-resistant additives is successfully synthesized.The influence of the proportion of triol polyether in polyether polyols,the type and dosage of anti-sag agents,and the type and dosage of weather-resistant additives on the coating film properties are evaluated through experiments.The results indicate that the coating achieve the best overall performance when the triol polyether content in polyether polyols is 10%,a mixture of 0.8%fumed silica and 1%organic bentonite is used as an anti-sag agent,and the weather-resistant additives consisted of 8%titanium dioxide,1.1%UV absorber,and 0.5%antioxidant.Construction site applications also demonstrate that the exposed anti-sag polyurethane waterproofing coating possesses outstanding waterproofing performance and weather resistance.
