摘  要:单层屋面分布式光伏系统钢立柱的连接方式主要分为焊接、粘接和螺钉连接三大类,本文着重分析了目前常用的焊接连接光伏钢立柱的构造、节点防水处理、材料成本、系统优势与应用情况。单个焊接连接光伏钢立柱一般由1根圆管、2块平面钢板和2块立面钢板组成,质量约为19.96 kg,其与光伏主梁、光伏导轨、连接件组成的光伏模块支架系统材料综合单价约为0.581元/W,系统具有较出色的性价比与安全可靠性。The connection methods of steel columns in single-layer roof distributed photovoltaic systems are mainly divided into welding,bonding and screw connections.This article focuses on analyzing the structure,detail waterproofing treatment,material cost,system advantages and application of the commonly used welded photovoltaic steel columns.A single welded photovoltaic steel column generally consists of one round pipe,two horizontal steel plates and two vertical steel plates,with a mass of about 19.96 kg.The material cost of the photovoltaic module support system composed of the welded photovoltaic steel column,photovoltaic main beam,photovoltaic guide rail and connectors is about 0.581 yuan/W,showing excellent cost-effectiveness and safety reliability.
