摘　　要：介绍了一种新型无胎自粘改性沥青防水卷材的辊涂成型工艺,该工艺结合了钢带涂刮成型和辊筒挤压成型的优点,克服了各自的缺陷。通过微型钢带和辊涂料斗的设计,新工艺实现了高效、低成本的生产过程,显著提升了产品表面平整度,减少了褶皱问题。This article introduces a new roller coating process for carrierless self-adhesive modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.This process combines the advantages of steel belt scraping and roller extruding forming technology,overcoming their respective defects.Through the design of miniature steel belt and roller coating hoppers,the new process achieves efficient and low-cost production,significantly improving product surface evenness and reducing wrinkling issues.
