摘　　要：在中国台湾社会变迁过程中,社会运动处于较为核心的位置。纵观台湾社会运动的发展历程可以发现,台湾社会运动具有民主化、“民族化”、民粹化三重属性。它们交相重叠,但在某一具体阶段,单一属性表现得更为明显。早期台湾社会运动的民主化属性更为突出,但随着民进党等“台独”分裂势力实力增强,其主导的社会运动具有愈发鲜明的“民族化”、民粹化属性。就台湾社会运动的功能而言,早期台湾社会运动的正面影响更为突出,不仅推动了中国台湾政治转型,还在一定程度上促进了中国台湾社会自由化、民主化。但是,社会运动畸形发展给中国台湾社会带来的负面影响更不容忽视,不仅激化了族群矛盾,催生了民粹主义,还严重影响两岸关系和祖国统一进程。In the process of Taiwan's social transformation,social movements have occupied a relatively central position.Throughout the development course of Taiwan region social movements,we can find that Taiwan region social movements have the three attributes of democratization,"nationalization"and populism.These attributes overlap with each other,and at specific stages,one attribute may be more prominent.In the early stages,the democratization aspect of Taiwan's social movements was more prominent.However,as pro-independence forces,such as the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP),gained strength,the social movements they led increasingly exhibited clear characteristics of"nationalization"and populism.In terms of the function of Taiwan's social movements,early movements had a certain positive impact.They did not only promote Taiwan's political transformation,but also,to some extent,facilitated the liberalization and democratization of Taiwan region society.However,the distorted development of these movements has brought significant negative consequences,including intensifying ethnic tensions,fostering populism,and severely impacting cross-Strait relations and the process of national reunification.
