摘　　要：2023年12月21日至22日,中共中央政治局召开学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育专题民主生活会,习近平同志主持会议并发表重要讲话,他在会上强调:“民主集中制是我们党的根本组织原则和领导制度。”新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央面对新情况、新问题、新挑战,坚持全面从严治党,对党的民主集中制理论的发展作出了创新贡献:系统阐述了新时代加强党的民主集中制的重要性和紧迫性;进一步深化了党的民主集中制的科学内涵;科学阐述了新时代贯彻落实党的民主集中制的路径方法。From December 21 to 22,2023,the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC held a special democratic life meeting on the theme education of studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the meeting and delivered an important speech.At the meeting,he emphasized that“democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle and leadership system of our Party.”In the new era,the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core adheres to the full and strict governance over the Party and has made innovative contributions to the development of the Party’s democratic centralism theory when facing new situations,problems and challenges.These contributions include:systematically expounding the necessity and urgency of strengthening the Party’s democratic centralism in the new era,further deepening the scientific connotation of the Party’s democratic centralism,and scientifically expounding the path and method of implementing the Party’s democratic centralism in the new era.
