摘　　要：价值规范基础是社会发展运行的重要驱动因素。实现人的自由全面发展,是中国式现代化的价值规范基础,对中国式现代化的演化发展起着至关重要的驱动作用。人的自由全面发展兼具历史性和价值性,不仅为中国式现代化走向一种超越西方工业文明局限性的文明新形态提供了价值引领,还以其价值旨归引导人们反观现实,为在各个发展阶段上推动社会和人的多向度发展提供了动力源泉。以人民为中心的价值立场是马克思主义关于人的自由全面发展思想在当代的具体化。中国式现代化坚持以人民为中心的价值立场,形成了以价值立场指导社会发展,以制度实践不断巩固、发展、推动价值践行的良性发展趋势。The foundation of value norms is an important driving factor for the development and operation of society.The realization of free and comprehensive development of human beings is the value standard basis of Chinese path to modernization.It plays a vital driving role in the evolution and development of Chinese path to modernization.The free and comprehensive development of human beings is both historic and valuable.It not only provides value guidance for Chinese path to modernization to move towards a new form of civilization that transcends the limitations of Western industrial civilization,but also provides a source of power for promoting the multi-dimensional development of society and human beings at all stages of development by guiding people to reflect on reality with its value orientation.The people-centered value standpoint is the concretization of Marxist thought on the free and comprehensive development of humans in contemporary times.The Chinese path to modernization adheres to the value standpoint of taking the people as the center,and has formed a benign development trend of guiding social development with a value standpoint and consolidating,developing and promoting value practice continuously through institutional practice.
