摘　　要：“燕山勒功铭”石碑是明代兵部右侍郎汪道昆在隆庆、万历之交奉敕阅视蓟、辽、保定军务后撰写而成,后由周天球书写、戚继光等人创建,立于蓟辽总督府所在地——密云新城东门外的功德祠中。该石碑不仅是记述谭纶、戚继光等人率部练兵守边、修筑长城事宜及其功绩的纪功碑,更是对隆庆以来明王朝京畿地区边防体系转变发展的总结,是明长城体系走向成熟的见证。石碑现已被毁,尚有若干残块保存于密云碑林。本文利用石碑拓片和志书互校,补全了碑文后记部分,明确了石碑为套筒式结构的十面碑,论证了石碑矗立年代为万历四年,还探讨了石碑的历史价值:是明代蓟辽地区边防措施的翔实记录,为戚继光兵法溯源研究提供了资料,是认识明代长城守军体系的典型实物代表。The scription of stone stele“Yan-shan-le-gong-ming”was written by Wang Daokun,the right minister of the Ministry of War in the Ming Dynasty,after his reviewing troops in Ji,Liao and Baoding military towns between period Longqing and Wanli in Ming Dynasty.This stone stele was made by Qi Jiguang and other officers and soldiers,and was erected in Gongde Temple in the east gate of Miyun New City.This stone stele not only records the achievements of Tan Lun,Qi Jiguang and other soldiers in training troops and building the Great Wall to guard the border,but also summarizes the transformation and development of the border defense system in the capital region since the period Longqing in Ming Dynasty.The stone stele is a witness to the maturity of the Great Wall system in Ming Dynasty.The stone stele has been destroyed,and some fragments are still preserved in the Miyun Stele Forest.This paper completes the postscript of the inscription by proofreading stele rubbings and local local chronicles recordings,clarifies that the stele is a ten-sided stele with a sleeve-type structure,and demonstrates that the stele was erected in the fourth year of Wanli.This paper also explores the historical value of the stele:it is a detailed record of the border defense measures in the Ji and Liao military towns in Ming Dynasty;it provides information for the origin of Qi Jiguang’s art of war;it is a typical physical case to understand the Great Wall garrison system in Ming Dynasty.
