摘  要:为数众多的地方高校如何加强特色学科建设,培育满足社会各领域实际需求的新时代人才,值得认真研究。就江西高校的特色学科建设而言,一方面要挖掘特色、优化师资、提升科研、改革育人模式,催生发展内驱力;另一方面要契合社会需求、促进产研融合、加强校地联动、强化实践教学,共筑发展外推力。江西省高校特色学科建设只有内外兼修、合力共举,为江西省经济社会发展注入新的动力,才能踏上江西省高校特色学科建设的康庄大道。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China's higher education is facing new situations and new requirements.How a large number of local colleges and universities strengthen the construction of characteristic disciplines and cultivate talents in the new era to meet the actual needs of various fields of society is worth exploring in depth.In terms of the construction of characteristic disciplines in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,on the one hand,it is necessary to explore the characteristics,optimize the teaching staff,improve the scientific research,innovate the models of education to promote the development of internal driving force.On the other hand,it is necessary to meet the needs of society,promote the integration of industry and research,strengthen the linkage between schools and local areas,and strengthen the practical teaching to jointly build external driving forces for development.The construction of characteristic disciplines in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province can only be carried out by both internal and external efforts and joint efforts to inject new driving forces into the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province.
