摘　　要：文章以法国、英国、德国和西班牙为样本,剖析欧洲凭借乡村旅游推动乡村发展的成功举措,如强化法规建设、出台扶持政策、完善基础设施、挖掘文化资源、构建全产业链以及注重环境保护等,这些举措有力地促进了当地乡村经济社会发展.对中国来说,汲取欧洲相关经验,应立足本国实际,从法律政策支持、乡村旅游基础设施优化、乡村文化旅游资源挖掘、乡村环境资源保护强化、乡村旅游全产业链发展等方面着力,推动乡村旅游迈向高质量发展,助力乡村全面振兴.期望研究能为中国借助乡村旅游促进乡村振兴提供理论与实践参考,亦为其他国家或地区利用乡村旅游推动乡村发展提供有益借鉴.This study takes France,the UK,Germany and Spain as samples to analyze the successful measures taken by European countries to promote rural development through rural tourism,such as strengthening legal system construction,introducing support policies,improving infrastructure,tapping into cultural resources,building full-scale industrial chains and paying attention to environmental protection.These measures have effectively promoted the economic and social development of local rural areas.For China,drawing on these European experiences and adapting them to our own national conditions is essential.Efforts should be concentrated on several key aspects:legal and policy support,optimizing rural tourism infrastructure,tapping into rural cultural tourism resources,strengthening the protection of rural environmental resources,and developing the full-scale rural tourism industry chain.By doing so,we can promote the high-quality development of rural tourism and contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical and practical references for China to promote rural revitalization through rural tourism and also offer valuable insights for other countries or regions seeking to use rural tourism as a means of rural development.
