摘　　要：研究旨在探讨体育科学基础理论的研究原理问题,学科的研究领域应是人类从生物学运动到运动行为的转变过程.体育科学领域长期以来缺乏对核心理论问题的明确界定,导致研究难以形成系统化的理论体系.为推动体育科学的发展,迫切需要建立起自己的基础理论体系,以指导后续研究并摆脱其他学科的束缚.体育科学的基础理论应该从生命整体过程出发,建立一个多学科融合的理论体系,以更好地解释生理机制和预测运动行为.科学研究应该超越单纯的经验性结论,通过理论性的原则进行系统的归纳和演绎,从而建立体育科学的研究领域.研究提出通过理论思维和经验观察建立体育科学理论假说.体育科学应该立足于丰富的人体运动现象研究,运用理性思维提炼其中的规律,归纳提出系统科学的理论,以推动体育科学基础理论研究的深入发展.The purpose of this study is to explore the basic theory of sports science.The research field of this subject should be the transformation process of human beings from biological movement to sports behavior.For a long time,the field of sports science lacks a clear definition of the core theoretical problems,which makes it difficult to form a systematic theoretical system.In order to promote the development of sports science,it is urgent to establish its own basic theoretical system to guide the follow-up research and get rid of the bondage of other disciplines.The basic theory of sports science should start from the whole process of life,and establish a multi-disciplinary integration theory system to better explain the physiological mechanism and predict the sports behavior.Scientific research should go beyond the simple empirical conclusions,and systematically summarize and deduce through theoretical principles,so as to establish the research field of sports science.This paper proposes to establish theoretical hypothesis of sports science through theoretical thinking and empirical observation.Sports science should be based on the rich research of human movement phenomenon,using rational thinking to extract the rules,and conclude and put forward systematic scientific theories,so as to promote the in-depth development of basic theoretical research of sports science.
