新工科背景下推进“两个融合”,建设地方高校一流专业的思考与实践——以北华大学为例

摘　　要：立足于地方高校工科专业的教育教学改革实际,以适应新经济、新业态需求和社会主义现代化建设需要为目标,以跨专业多学科融合的新工科建设理念为基础,就北华大学如何围绕区域经济发展战略,来调整专业教学改革和新专业的建设展开讨论。在新工科背景下,应深化校企协同合作,推动“学做创融合”和“教科产融合”;巩固专业转型改革实践成果,实现人才培养目标精准定位;构建特色鲜明的人才培养模式,转变人才培养机制,加强实践教学体系建设与质量文化熏陶。同时,对培养符合时代要求的一线创新人才进行了深入剖析与阐述,展示了学校工科人才培养的教育教学成果,期望引起业界对地方高校以培养应用型人才为主的工科专业改革与发展的深入思考与讨论。This paper is based on the actual educational reform of engineering majors in local universities.It aims to meet the needs of the new economy and socialist modernization,and is based on the concept of interdisciplinary integration for the construction of new engineering disciplines.It focuses on Beihua University and discusses how to adjust professional teaching reform and the construction of new majors around the regional economic development strategy.In the context of the new engineering discipline,it explores how to deepen school enterprise cooperation,promote the integration of“learning,doing and creating”and“teaching,research and production”,and consolidate the practical results of professional transformation reform.The goal is to achieve accurate positioning of talent cultivation targets,build distinctive talent cultivation models,transform talent cultivation mechanisms,strengthen the construction of practical teaching systems and quality cultural influence.At the same time,it shows the educational and teaching achievements of the school in cultivating engineering talents.The paper systematically analyzes and expounds on the cultivation of first-line innovative talents who meet the requirements of the era,expecting to trigger in-depth thinking and discussion in the industry about the reform and development of engineering majors in local universities that focus on cultivating applied talents.
