摘　　要：数字技术不断推动世界经济发展,新商科教学创新变得越来越重要,其人才培养面临着时代认知感不明确、经济发展问题导向缺失和学生实践效果难达标等教学痛点。在CDIO-PBL-OBE协同教学理念的指导下,新商科教学的创新设计构建了以“时代环境—问题导向—产出目标”为框架的教学逻辑,强调理论知识与实践能力的结合,注重培养学生的创新思维和实践能力。在教与学方法上,教师端实行“问题导向”结合“产出关注”的“场景式”教学方法,学生端主动进行“问题意识”结合“实战技能”的“沉浸式”学习,以形成教与学的双向培养合力。在教学实施效果上,新商科人才培养的知识目标、能力目标和素质目标将实现“理论知识—实践技能—素质美感”的效果。教学创新改革将高效服务我国经济社会发展和商业人才领域的突破创新。With the promotion of digital technology in the development of the world economy,innovation in new business education is becoming increasingly important.Its talent cultivation is facing the teaching pain points of unclear awareness of the times,lack of guidance on economic development issues and difficulty in achieving practical results for students.Under the guidance of the CDIO-PBL-OBE collaborative teaching philosophy,the teaching innovation design of new business education has constructed the teaching arrangement with the framework of“times environment-problem oriented-outcome goal”,emphasizing the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and focusing on cultivating students innovative thinking and practical ability.In terms of teaching and learning methods,teachers implement the“scenario-based”teaching method of“problem orientation”combined with“outcome concern”,and students take the initiative to“immersion-based”learning of“problem awareness”combined with“practical skills”,so as to form a two-way cultivation force between teaching and learning.In terms of teaching implementation effect,the knowledge goal,ability goal and quality goal of cultivating new business talents will be realized as“theoretical knowledge-practical skills-quality beauty”.Such teaching innovation reform will efficiently serve the continuous development of China s economy and society,as well as innovative breakthroughs in the field of business talents.
