摘  要:随着科技的快速发展,人工智能技术的应用不仅能为人类带来便利,更为人类的生命安全提供巨大的保障。基于数字化预案的智慧救援,旨在立足于应急领域新形势新要求,解决应急管理部门在安全生产、应急管理、防灾减灾等多业务融合下的综合管理需求。通过整合安全生产、自然灾害防治、城市运行安全、应急处置等全领域数据资源,构建数字化预案管理、编修系统,赋能应急指挥中心、城市运行大脑、产业园区管理平台实现多维度风险监测预警、智能辅助决策和高效应急处置。该系统可帮助管理者全面掌控安全态势演变规律与应急资源分布情况,依托大数据分析支撑科学研判,通过物联网感知网络实现全域覆盖、动态追踪、精准监管,切实筑牢人民生命财产安全防线。With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of artificial intelligence technology can not only bring convenience to human beings,but also provide a huge guarantee for human life safety.The intelligent rescue based on the digital plan aims to address the comprehensive management needs of the emergency management department under the integration of multiple services such as production safety,emergency management,and disaster prevention and reduction based on the new situation and requirements in the emergency field.By integrating data resources in all fields such as production safety,natural disaster prevention and control,urban operation safety,and emergency response,a digital plan management and revision system is built to empower the emergency command center,urban operation brain,and industrial park management platform to realize multi-dimensional risk monitoring and early warning,intelligent assisted decision-making,and efficient emergency response.The system can help managers fully control the evolution law of security situation and the distribution of emergency resources,rely on big data analysis to support scientific research and judgment,and achieve full coverage,dynamic tracking and accurate supervision through the Internet of Things perception network,and effectively build the security line of people’s lives and property.
