多媒体设备音频输出功能的电干扰比测试方法研究

摘  要:GB/T 9254.2-2021《信息技术设备、多媒体设备和接收机电磁兼容第2部分:抗扰度要求》标准已于2022年7月1日实施。以GB/T 9254.2为背景,对多媒体设备抗扰度测试中音频端口的电干扰比测试方法进行了研究。首先,通过对该标准附录G音频输出功能内容的梳理,阐述了相关理论和测试方法;其次,通过硬件互联与软件控制,构建电干扰比自动化测量平台,该平台利用USB总线、GPIB总线、TCP/IP总线实现控制主机与各台仪器之间的通信,通过EMC32测量软件实现电干扰的自动处理;然后,结合实例展示了整个测试平台的运行效果;最后,阐述了使用该系统时应注意的事项及系统未来优化方向,为相关设备电干扰比测试提供了一定的借鉴作用。GB/T 9254.2-2021“Information technology equipment,multimedia equipment and receivers-Electrom-agnetic compatibility-Part 2:immunity requirements”has been implemented on July 1,2022.Based on GB/T 9254.2,the test method of electrical interference ratio of audio port in multimedia equipment immunity test is studied.Firstly,by combing the content of the audio output function in Appendix G of the standard,the relevant theories and testing methods are expounded.Next,through hardware interconnection and software control,the automatic measurement platform of electric interference ratio is constructed.The platform uses USB bus,GPIB bus,TCP/IP bus to realize the communication between the control host and each instrument,and realizes the automatic measurement of electric interference ratio by EMC32 measuring software.Then,the running effect of the whole test platform is demonstrated by an example.Finally,the points for attention when using the platform and the future optimization direction of the platform are described,which has a certain reference for the test of electrical interference ratio of related equipment.
