摘　　要：让来自国家、装备、行业、整机用户等各方面的管理要求和经验积累都落实到军工产品质量中,核心是建立健全完善的质量管理体系,其中检查表是确保质量管理要求落地的有效管控工具。选取产品质量策划、产品评审、供应商管理、产线巡检几个环节说明了检查表的编制和使用要求,旨在提高军工产品质量管控的有效性。To ensure that quality management requirements and accumulated experience of the country,the military,the industry,and the equipment users are integrated into the quality management of military products,the core is to establish a sound and perfect quality management system,and the checklist is an effective control tool to ensure the implementation of quality management requirements.The preparation and requirements of the checklist are illustrated by selecting product quality plan,product review,supplier management,and production line inspection,aiming to improve the effectiveness of military product quality control.
