摘　　要：为适应更高算力的芯片散热要求,响应国家低碳环保、节能减排政策,液冷产品逐渐进入大家的视野,越来越多的通讯设备开始采用液冷散热的方式。作为新形态产品,液冷产品在安规方面的要求相较于传统通讯设备存在一定的差异,例如:冷板式液冷中使用的冷板系统、浸没式液冷中使用的冷却液等,都成为了安规需要进行评估的内容。考虑到目前液冷设备在安规与认证方面的需求,结合IEC 62368-1相关要求,主要针对冷板式和浸没式液冷设备安规评估条目进行分析,为常用的液冷设备安规评估提供了参考。In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements of chips with higher computing power and respond to the national low-carbon environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction policies,liquid cooled products have gradually entered everyone’s field of vision,and more and more communication devices are adopting liquid cooled heat dissipation methods.As a new form of product,liquid cooling products have certain differences in safety requirements compared to traditional communication equipment.For example,the cold plate system used in cold plate liquid cooling and the coolant used in submerged liquid cooling have become the contents that need to be evaluated for safety regulations.Considering the current requirements for safety regulations and certification of liquid cooling equipment,combined with the relevant requirements of IEC 62368-1,the safety assessment items for cold plate and submerged liquid cooling equipment are mainly analyzed,which provides reference for the safety assessment of commonly used liquid cooling equipment.
