摘　　要：法律边疆学的基本理念是通过研究边疆地区的法律现象,发现边疆地区法律发生、发展、演变或者推行的规律及其一般过程,在此基础上制定、调整国家对于边疆地区的政策、法律,以促进边疆地区民族团结和谐、经济繁荣富裕、社会文明进步、人们安居乐业,同时巩固、加强边疆地区与中心地区之间在政治、经济、文化、教育等方面的联系纽带。法律边疆学侧重于综合运用政治学、经济学、文化学、教育学、心理学、社会学、历史学、地理学、民族学、宗教学、国际关系学、军事学、交通工程学等人文科学、社会科学和自然科学方法,更多地交叉运用法律学方法和社会学方法,从而形成法律社会学方法占主流的研究方法格局。法律边疆学具有突出法律在边疆治理中的重要地位和作用、促进边疆治理方式的现代化转型、打破边疆地区的封闭性、实现边疆法制的国际接轨等四项重要功能。The Basic idea of legal borderland studies is studying legal phenomena in borderland areas to discover the laws and general processes of the occurrence,development,evolution or the laws and general process of implementation.On this basis,formulate and adjust state policies and laws for border areas,to promote ethnic unity and harmony,economic prosperity and prosperity,social civilization progress,and people's peaceful living and work in borderland areas.At the same time,consolidate and strengthen the political,economic,cultural and educational ties between the borderland areas and the central regions.Legal borderland studies focus on the integrated application of political science,economics,cultural studies,education,psychology,sociology,history,geography,ethnology,religion,international relations,military science,transportation engineering,and other humanities,social sciences,and natural science methods.It makes more cross-use of legal methods and sociological methods,resulting in a research methodological pattern in which legal sociological methods dominate.Legal borderland studies has four important functions,including highlighting the important position and role of law in borderland governance,contribute to the modernization of borderland governance mode,breaking the closure of borderland areas,and achieving the international convergence of borderland legal system.
