摘  要:刺梨经榨汁处理后剩余的果渣副产物约占鲜果重量的一半,刺梨渣富含维生素、多酚、黄酮等生物活性成分,是一种优质的功能饲料原料。刺梨渣具有抗氧化、抗炎症、降血糖等多种生物学功能,可提高动物免疫力,改善机体健康状态。本文综述了刺梨渣的营养成分、活性物质、生物学功能及其在草食动物养殖中的应用现状及应用难点,探讨其作为功能性饲料的可行性。旨在为刺梨渣在草食动物生产中的应用研究提供参考。Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace after juice processing accounts for about half of the quality of fresh fruits,it is rich in a large amount of biologically active ingredients,including vitamins,polyphenols,and flavonoids,etc.,which is a high-quality functional feed ingredient.In addition,R.roxburghii Tratt pomace has various biological functions,such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,etc.,which can enhance animal immunity and improve the health status.This paper mainly reviewed the nutritional components,active substances,and biological functions of R.roxburghii Tratt pomace,and explored its application status and difficulties in herbivorous animal,and discussed its feasibility as a functional feed for herbivorous.This review will provide a reference for the application research for related research.
