摘　　要：近些年,随着高校信息化建设的飞速发展,高校逐渐建立起自有的教学、科研和管理系统,各类应用系统的普及为高校的发展提供了信息化动力,但也暴露出很多问题,例如数据利用率不高、数据碎片化严重和数据质量参差不齐。提出了高校数据平台的设计方案,针对数据采集交换、可视化和安全管理等技术实现进行了详细说明。数据平台通过对高校各系统进行深入集成,优化数据共享机制,充分利用和挖掘数据价值,实现数据资产管理,把数据变成一种服务,使其既能提升学校的教学和科研能力,又能为学校在管理和决策上添砖加瓦。In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology in colleges and universities,many teaching,research and management systems have been established.The widespread adoption of various application systems has provided an impetus for the development of higher education.However,several problems emerge,such as low data utilization,severe data fragmentation,and uneven data quality.A design of university data platform is proposed,and the technical implementation of data collection and exchange,visualization and security management is elaborated.By deeply integrating various university systems and optimizing data sharing mechanisms,the data value is fully leveraged and mined,in order to achieve data asset management and transform data into service,making contributions to the school's teaching and research capabilities as well as management and decision-making processes.
