摘  要:为避免家庭热水管路中残留冷水的浪费,设计了一款低成本、实用性强的家庭热水管路节水系统。该系统具有水位、水温实时监测并反馈的功能,用户可通过蓝牙无线通信或按键设定温度阈值,STC89C52主控芯片接收信号并通过控制继电器实现电磁阀的开闭。系统主体为3~9 L可更换储水罐,用于储存冷水;电磁阀开闭控制水路变换,达成冷水滞留于水罐、热水导通流出的目的,实现家庭热水管路节水的智能化。In order to avoid the waste of residual cold water in domestic hot water pipeline,a low-cost and practical water-saving system for domestic hot water pipeline is designed.The system has the function of real-time monitoring and feedback of water level and water temperature.Users can set the temperature threshold through Bluetooth wireless communication or button pressing.The STC89C52 main control chip receives the signal and controls the electromagnetic valve to open and close through the relay.The system mainly consists of a replaceable water storage tank from 3 to 9 L to store cold water.The opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve controls the waterway transformation,achieving the purpose of cold water stagnation in the water tank and hot water flowing out and realizing the intelligent water-saving of household hot water pipes.
