一例严重心理问题的合理情绪疗法介入研究

摘  要:本案例中的来访者有留守儿童经历和单亲家庭经历,对自我要求高,性格上追求完美,担心在众人面前会将自己的错误放大,对人多的处境、黑暗的处境,有着较大的恐惧感与紧张感。本案例以合理情绪疗法为主,整合了认知行为疗法中的图式疗法,引导来访者捕捉恐惧与紧张情绪的不合理信念,并对不合理信念进行逻辑质证、事实质证、行为实验质证,巩固了新信念,经过6次咨询后,后测SCL-90中的焦虑因子比前测焦虑因子分下降了50%以上,疗效显著,双方结案。本案例咨询次数少,疗效较好,咨询过程规范,对于学习与采用合理情绪疗法介入情绪困扰的大学生及新手咨询师,有良好的借鉴意义。除此之外,本案例也可以作为合理情绪疗法的教学资源。The client in this case has experienced single-parent family and abandoned life.She has high self-demanded to herself,pursues perfection in personality,and worries that he will magnify his mistakes in front of others.There is a great sense of fear and tension in the situation of many people and dark situations.Counselor had taught client to has learned the theory and method of Rational-Emotional-Behavior Therapy,to has guided the client capturing the irrational emotion and irrational beliefs of the anxiety and fear.Counselor had taught the client to has been repute the irrational beliefs by carrying out logical examination,factual examination and behavioral experiment of irrational beliefs as by consolidating new beliefs.After 6 consultations,The anxiety factor in the post-test SCL-90 decreased by more than 50%compared with the anxiety factor in the pretest.Curative effect is obvious,both parties terminated the contract of counsel.This case has six times of consultation,but the curative effect is better,the consultation process is standardized,and it has good reference significance for college students and novice counselors who learn and use reasonable emotional therapy to intervene in emotional distress.In addition,this case can also be used as a teaching resource for Rational-Emotional-Behavior Therapy.
