摘 要:为探究浙江省农业氮素污染减半对实现区域可持续发展目标的影响,本研究对浙江省90个县(市、区)的农业氮素污染排放特征进行分析,结合成本效益分析评估了农业氮素污染减半的成本效益,并量化了其对浙江省实现可持续发展目标的潜在贡-献。结果表明,2017年浙江省农业氮素污染(包括NH_(3)、N_(2)O、NO_(x)、NO_(3)等4种形式的活性氮)总排放量为21万t,利用现有技术基本-上可以将氮素污染减半(NH_(3)56%、N_(2)O 37%、NO_(x) 45%、NO_(3)49%),需要投入32亿元,但这将带来165亿元的社会效益。浙江省农业氮素污染减半有望使可持续发展目标的实现水平整体提高32%。研究表明,优化农业氮素管理可以强化生态环境保护,推动乡村振兴与共同富裕,为区域可持续发展作出重要贡献。This study analyzed the characteristics of agricultural nitrogen pollution emissions in 90 counties(cities and districts)of Zhejiang Province to explore the effects of halving agricultural nitrogen pollution on achieving sustainable development goals.The study evaluated the cost-effectiveness of halving agricultural nitrogen pollution and quantified its potential contribution to achieving sustainable development goals in Zhejiang.In 2017,the total emissions of agricultural nitrogen pollution(including NH_(3),N_(2)O,NO_(x),NO^(-)_(3),four forms of active nitrogen)in Zhejiang Province were 210 Gg.Nitrogen pollution could be roughly halved(NH_(3):56%,N_(2)O:37%,NO_(x):45%,and NO^(-)_(3):49%)with an investment of 3.2 billion yuan using existing technologies.This investment was projected to bring 16.5 billion yuan in social benefits.Halving agricultural nitrogen pollution in Zhejiang Province was expected to increase the overall achievement level of the sustainable development goals by 32%.The study highlights that optimizing agricultural nitrogen management is crucial for ecological protection and plays a pivotal role in promoting rural revitalization and substantially advancing regional sustainable development.
