摘　　要：医药卫生类高校毕业生是医疗卫生健康事业的储备力量,其就业质量对社会卫生事业的发展有重要影响。该文面对当前医药卫生类高校毕业生就业工作的新形势,结合“00后”学生的新特点,以问题为导向,对A校就业工作体制机制、毕业生就业去向现状、用人单位反馈机制等方面的情况做系统剖析,并针对学生个体、学校自身、社会层面三个维度探索出医药卫生类高校毕业生高质量充分就业的实施路径。Graduates from medical and health colleges and universities are the reserve force of the medical and health care industry,and their employment quality has an important impact on the development of social health care.Facing the new situation of employment of graduates from medical and health colleges and universities,combined with the new characteristics of“post-00”students,and based on problems,this paper systematically analyzes the employment system and mechanism of A University,the current situation of graduates’employment destinations,and the feedback mechanism of employers,and explores the implementation path of high-quality and full employment of graduates from medical and health colleges and universities from three dimensions:students,the school,and the society.
