摘　　要：随着高等教育办学成本不断上升,吸引社会捐赠资金成为高校实现可持续发展的关键动力之一。通过设立冠名教授体系,高校能够利用社会资金聘请和激励顶尖人才,从而提升学术实力和社会影响力。本报告调研了国内外知名高校在冠名教授体系建设方面的做法,重点分析了捐赠金额形式、冠名对象分类、程序管理、捐赠方关系维护、资金使用监管和研究成果归属等关键环节,提出了清华深圳国际研究生院建立高效冠名教授体系的体系化建议。With the rising cost of higher education,attracting donations from the community has become crucial for the sustainable development of universities.By establishing Endowed Professorship Schemes,universities can effectively leverage social funds to recruit and motivate top talents,thereby enhancing their academic standing and social influence.This report examines the practices of renowned universities both domestically and internationally in constructing Endowed Professorship Schemes.It focuses on key aspects such as the form of donation funds,classification of endowed professorships,procedure management,donor relationship maintenance,supervision of donation funds,and the attribution of research results.This analysis provides valuable insights for Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School to establish an efficient Endowed Professorship Scheme.
