摘　　要：学风是高校的立校之本、发展之魂,对高校实现高质量发展影响深远。该文在分析当前高校学风建设存在问题及成因的基础上,结合工作实际,构建了“三全三环”高校优良学风建设培养模式,即通过学风建设“三全机制”保障机制和“三环工作”实施举措,全面推进学风建设,并将该模式融入学生的管理培养中,旨在增强高校学风建设实效,培育优良学风,提高人才培养质量。The academic style is the foundation of a university and the soul of its development,and has a farreaching impact on the high-quality development of the university.After analyzing the problems and causes of academic style building in colleges and universities at present,this paper,combined with the actual work,constructs a“three-aspect and three-link”model of excellent academic style building and cultivation,namely,ensuring the mechanism through the“three-aspect mechanism”and implementing the measures through the“three-link work”.Then the model is integrated into the management and cultivation of students,aiming to enhance the effectiveness of academic style building,cultivate excellent academic style,and improve the quality of talent training.
