摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国工程科技领域涌现出众多“大国工匠”,他们发扬“敬业、精益、专注、创新”的工匠精神,攻克了大量“卡脖子”技术难题,成为科技强国战略的重要人才支撑。该文立足新工科建设的人才培养要求,以我国各行业、各领域涌现出蕴含工匠精神的鲜活人物事迹为基础,深度挖掘课程思政案例库建设的当代价值,深入剖析当前案例库建设存在的海量要素资源与空缺系统梳理、鲜活案例素材与空洞课堂讲授、深厚历史底蕴与空乏时代呈现的三大矛盾,进而从全面化素材收集、精准化课程匹配、艺术化教学深耕三个维度探寻新时代工匠精神课程思政案例库建设的实践进路。Since the reform and opening up,numerous master craftsmen have emerged in the field of engineering science and technology in China.They carry forward the spirit of dedication,diligence,concentration and innovation,solving a large number of technical problems that hinder the country’s development and becoming an important talent support for the strategy of building a leading country in science and technology.Based on the talent training requirements in the construction of emerging engineering education,and the stories of vivid figures with the craftsman spirit emerging in various industries and fields in our country,this paper delves into the contemporary value of the construction of ideological and political case bank,deeply analyzes the three major contradictions in the construction of ideological and political case bank,namely massive element resources and lack of systematical summarization,fresh case materials and empty classroom teaching,deep historical heritage and insufficient presentation at the present time,and then explores a practical approach to the construction of ideological and political case bank for craftsmanship in the new era in terms of comprehensive collection of materials,accurate integration with specialized courses,and artistic application to teaching.
