摘 要:分析危急情景模拟与标准化病人对MBBS留学生麻醉技能、临床思维能力、团队协作能力等的培训效果,探讨其在留学生临床医学教学中的意义。选取2023年5月至2024年10月在麻醉科轮转的留学生40人,随机分为传统教学组(n=20)和多模式模拟教学组(n=20)。传统教学组实施普通临床实习带教模式,多模式模拟教学组实施标准化病人与危急情景模拟教学模式。两组学生均通过统一组织的理论考核、临床技能考核及岗位胜任力评价进行评估。评估结果显示:多模式模拟教学组的理论考核以及临床技能考核成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);与传统教学组相比,多模式模拟教学组留学生在住院医师岗位胜任力五个方面的评分均显著提高(P<0.001)。评估结果表明,危急情景模拟结合标准化病人这一新型教学模式能够有效应用于麻醉科MBBS留学生临床带教过程,并能显著提高其麻醉理论知识与临床技能水平,更有利于培养留学生的临床管理整体思维和职业素养等。To analyze the effect of emergency scenario simulation and standardized patient training on MBBS students’anesthesia skills,clinical thinking ability and teamwork ability,and explore its significance in clinical medicine teaching for international students.Forty international students rotating in the Department of Anesthesiology from May 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into traditional teaching group(n=20)and multi-mode simulated teaching group(n=20).The traditional teaching group implemented the general clinical practice teaching mode,and the multi-mode simulation teaching group implemented the standardized patient and emergency situation simulation teaching mode.Both groups of students were evaluated through the unified organization of theoretical assessment,clinical skills assessment and post competency assessment.The evaluation results showed that the theoretical and clinical skills scores of the multi-mode simulated teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the traditional teaching group,the scores of five aspects of resident post competency in the multi-mode simulation teaching group were significantly improved(P<0.001).The evaluation results show that the new teaching mode of emergency scenario simulation combined with standardized patients can be effectively applied to MBBS students in the clinical teaching process,and can significantly improve their anesthesia theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,and is more conducive to the training of international students’overall thinking and professional quality of clinical management.
