摘 要:人格心理学是一门旨在回答“你是什么样的人”“你是如何成为这样的人”“你会成为什么样的人”的学科,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,努力培养能担当实现中华民族伟大复兴历史重任的时代新人的重要教育阵地之一。该文在分析当前国内人格心理学教材与教学内容不足的基础上,结合人格心理学的课程特点,积极将课程思政融入课堂教学内外,提出了创生“可靠人格教育素材”、铸造“积极人格品质”、共筑“红色人格大厦”三个层次的人格心理学课程思政教学模式。多年的教学实践结果表明,该教学模式不仅能有效促进学生掌握人格心理学相关知识与理论,还能积极促进学生健全人格的发展和对社会自我与中华民族的认同。As a discipline that aims to answer“What kind of person are you?”,“How do you become such a person?”and“What kind of person will you become?”,personality psychology is an important educational position for implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,and cultivating newcomers of the times who can shoulder the important task of the great historical rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the analysis of the current shortcomings of domestic personality psychology textbooks and teaching content,this paper,combining the curriculum characteristics of Personality Psychology,actively integrates ideological and political elements into classroom teaching,and proposes a three-level model of ideological and political education for the Personality Psychology course including creating“reliable personality education materials”,casting“positive personality qualities”,and jointly building a“red personality building”.Years of teaching practice results show that this teaching model not only effectively promotes students to master the knowledge and theories related to personality psychology,but also effectively promotes their healthy personality development,social self and national identity.
