摘 要:在OBE理念下,高职心理健康课程在开展过程中首先应明确培养学生的心理素质,包括综合心理素质和职业心理素质,然后根据不同心理素质设置教学内容与教学实施策略。基于OBE理念设计高职心理健康教育课程,既有助于学生在校期间心理健康发展,还有助于学生在未来的职业生涯中更好地适应社会和职场,同时能够促进课程的优化和教师能力的提升。Under the OBE concept,the cultivation of students’psychological quality should be first clarified in the process of carrying out mental health courses in higher vocational colleges,including comprehensive psychological quality and professional psychological quality,and then the teaching content and teaching implementation strategies should be set according to different psychological qualities.The curriculum design of mental health education for higher vocational students based on the OBE concept can not only help students develop mental health during their school years,but also help them better adapt to society and the workplace in their future careers,and can also promote curriculum optimization and teachers’capacity improvement.
