摘　　要：随着生物经济的兴起和生物制药行业的迅猛发展,社会对高素质、创新型生物制药人才的需求日益迫切。针对当前生物制药人才培养过程中存在的实际问题,提出以应用型人才培养为导向,结合医学院校生物制药专业特色,通过重构应用型人才培养模式、优化课程体系、加强产教融合、完善实践教学和加强师资队伍建设等途径,旨在提高学生的专业素质和实践能力,培养具备生命科学基本理论、系统生物制药知识及创新能力的综合型人才。以新乡医学院为例,探讨了生物制药专业人才培养模式的创新路径,为培养高素质的本科生物制药类应用型人才提供有益借鉴。With the rise of the bio-economy and the rapid development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry,there is an increasingly urgent demand for innovative bio-pharmaceutical talents with high quality in society.In response to the practical issues currently presented in the cultivation of bio-pharmaceutical talents,this paper proposes an approach oriented towards the cultivation of application-oriented talents,combining the unique features of the bio-pharmaceutical specialty in medical colleges and universities.By reconstructing an innovative talent cultivation mode,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening industry-education integration,improving practical teaching,and enhancing the construction of the teaching faculty,the aim is to enhance students’professional competence and practical abilities,and cultivate comprehensive talents equipped with basic theories of life sciences,systematic bio-pharmaceutical knowledge,and innovative capabilities.Taking Xinxiang Medical University as an example,this paper explores the innovative path for the talent cultivation mode in bio-pharmaceutical major,providing useful reference for cultivating high-quality undergraduate bio-pharmaceutical applied talents.
