摘　　要：中国睡眠障碍的发病率逐年激增,睡眠医学作为临床医学的新兴分支学科,其重要性日益凸显。推动睡眠医学教育和人才培养是助力中国医疗卫生事业发展以及实现“健康中国2030”规划目标的重要力量。尽管近年来中国睡眠医学稳步发展,但仍面临着睡眠医学教育普及率低、专业人才匮乏、课程体系亟待完善等突出问题。因此,通过调研国内外睡眠医学教育现状,并系统分析中国7家高校的睡眠医学课程,结合全球最新的睡眠医学相关临床指南和教材,并融入了对人工智能等新时代形势的思考,提出了在新医科背景下睡眠医学课程体系的构建策略和具体课程内容,以助力中国睡眠医学教育和医疗事业的快速发展。The incidence of sleep disorders in China has been rapidly increasing year by year,highlighting the growing importance of Sleep Medicine as an emerging branch of clinical medicine.Promoting the education of Sleep Medicine and talent cultivation is a crucial force in advancing the development of China’s healthcare system and achieving the“Healthy China 2030”strategic goals.Despite the steady development of Sleep Medicine in recent years,significant challenges remain,including low popularity of Sleep Medicine education,a shortage of professionals,and an urgent need for a comprehensive curriculum system.Therefore,this study investigates the current state of Sleep Medicine education both domestically and internationally,systematically analyzes the Sleep Medicine courses offered by seven universities in China,and integrates the latest global clinical guidelines and textbooks on Sleep Medicine.Additionally,this study integrates considerations of new developments such as artificial intelligence,and proposes strategies for constructing the curriculum system of Sleep Medicine in the context of New Medicine and specific course content,so as to facilitate the rapid development of Sleep Medicine education and healthcare services in our country.
