摘 要:近年来,运动的抗癌效应逐渐成为研究焦点,其在预防肿瘤发生以及辅助肿瘤治疗中的重要作用日渐凸显。运动抗癌的作用机制涵盖了免疫调节、代谢重塑和应对氧化应激等多个层面。其中,铁死亡是一种新近发现的细胞程序性死亡途径,因其依赖于细胞内铁离子积累和脂质过氧化而引发细胞死亡,现已成为抗癌研究的热点之一。运动可能通过调控铁蛋白、转铁蛋白等关键蛋白的表达水平,改变肿瘤细胞的铁代谢状态,从而诱发铁死亡。此外,运动还可能通过增强肿瘤浸润免疫细胞的活性,激活一系列信号通路,进而在肿瘤组织内促进铁死亡的发生。尽管目前关于运动如何诱导铁死亡机制的研究尚处于初级阶段,但已有证据表明其在癌症干预中的潜力,因此,有必要深入探讨运动诱导肿瘤细胞铁死亡的具体机制。In recent years,the anticancer effects of exercise have increasingly become a focal point of research,demonstrating its significant role in both preventing tumor development and aiding in cancer treatment.Its mechanisms of action encompass various aspects including immune modulation,metabolic reprogramming,and coping with oxidative stress.Ferroptosis,an emerging form of programmed cell death that relies on intracellular iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation,has now become a hotspot in anticancer research.Exercise might induce ferroptosis by regulating the expression levels of key proteins such as ferritin and transferrin,thereby altering the iron metabolism status of tumor cells.Additionally,exercise could enhance the activity of tumor-infiltrating immune cells,activating a series of signaling pathways,which in turn promotes the occurrence of ferroptosis within tumor tissues.Although research on how exercise induces ferroptosis is still in its early stages,there is already evidence suggesting its potential in cancer intervention.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the specific mechanisms of exercise-induced ferroptosis in tumor cells.
